If you’re looking to replace any failed plants under our guarantee, please provide the following information to help us find the best resolution for you:

• Please include at least 3 images of the failed plants, including the full row of planting, the surrounding plant area and a close up.
• Please let us know how these plants were planted & any feeds used.
• Please let us know your watering regime since the hedging was planted.
   

We aim to get back to you within 7 days.

Please note under the plant guarantee we will replace like for like or a credit for the amount spent on the plants; delivery charges will apply for replacements.
